By using this website, submitting an inquiry, accessing a client portal, or purchasing services from White Dress Studio, you agree to these terms and any signed agreement that applies to your project.

Studio Services

Service scope, dates, deliverables, fees, payment schedules, cancellation terms, and usage rights are governed by the signed contract or written proposal for each booking. If these website terms conflict with a signed contract, the signed contract controls for that booking.

Payments

Invoices and payment links may be processed through Stripe. Payments are due by the dates listed in the applicable invoice, contract, or payment schedule. Late, failed, refunded, or disputed payments may delay service, delivery, or access to account features.

Client Portal

Client portals, galleries, films, contracts, and shared albums are provided for authorized users only. Do not share login credentials or private links with anyone who should not have access.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement, White Dress Studio retains ownership of photography, films, designs, templates, copy, and site materials. Clients receive the license or usage rights stated in their contract.

Portfolio Use

Portfolio display rights, confidentiality, publication timing, and privacy requests are handled through the applicable contract or written studio agreement.

Acceptable Use
